I talk a lot about self-care and how it is important, but another component of a healthful lifestyle that is dear to me is positive self-talk. A single negative comment directed towards yourself has the potential to ruin your entire day, and, in my experience, requires a lot of positive affirmations to undo the damage that has been done. So, when damage has been done, or when you’re looking to hype yourself up, or just want to incorporate positive self-talk into your life, like, let’s say into your morning routine, I’ve got you covered with this list of my 40 favorite affirmations.
